Verifying Members

In order for members to see their Membership Badge (signifying that they can access member-to-member discounts) and be able to edit their business profile in the directory they’ll need to:

  1. Create their account with the same email address as listed in the business profile.
  2. Be Verified

If a member was not verified when their invite was sent (or they created their account with a different email address), you can verify their account by:

  1. Login to your account from the Web Manager.
  2. Select List Members from the left column.
  3. Find the list member, and change the verified toggle to on.
