Updating Your Profile

As an agent, you can add or edit your profile information anytime from the Web Manager or app.

To edit your profile from a computer:

  1.  Login to your Web Manager here.
  2.  Hover over where you see your name in the top right corner and select My Account from the Settings menu.
  3. Add or edit your contact details and click Save. Your profile will be updated in the app.


To edit your profile from the app, you'll need to be logged in to your account. Then:

  1. Open the app and select the Menu icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen. 
  2. Tap the Profile button at the top of the menu. 
  3. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
  4. Update your contact details and tap Save in the top right corner.
