Updating Your Profile Picture

As an agent, you can add or change your profile picture from the Web Manager or app. 

To update your profile picture from a computer: 

  1. Login to your Web Manager here.
  2. Hover over where you see your name in the top right corner and select My Account from the Settings menu. 
  3. Select the Images tab. 
  4. Click Choose File and upload a photo from your computer. 
  5. Once uploaded click Save

To update your profile picture from the app, you'll need to be logged in to your account. Then:

  1. Open the app and select the Menu icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. 
  2. Tap the Profile button at the top of menu. 
  3. Tap the camera icon next to the profile image. 
  4. Choose to Take Photo or Select from Gallery
